Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for defined accounts including profit and revenue responsibility
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
- Contract review, pricing and price review according to internal guidelines
- Provide management with the relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

Was Dich erwartet?
- Du arbeitest Dich intensiv in die BDI-Technologien ein.
- Du entwickelst und betreust Projekte und übernimmst das Pre-Engineering für unser RetroFit Programm.
- Du erarbeitest eigenständig maßgeschneiderte Angebote für unsere Kund:innen.
- Du nimmst an Vertragsverhandlungen mit unseren Kund:innen teil.
- Du identifizierst und erschließt neue Geschäftsfelder und bist an der Konzeptentwicklung beteiligt.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen, organisierst Kundenbesuche und präsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Fachmessen.
- Du bist etwa 50-70% der Arbeitszeit auf Reisen, wobei keine längeren Aufenthalte erforderlich sind.

Allgemeine Informationen
- Abgeschlossene (Berufs-) Ausbildung mit oder ohne Matura, erste Berufserfahrung idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Engagement und starkes Interesse am Einsatz von innovativen, neuen Medien
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Identifying emerging trends, applications, and new markets in the field of smart mobility and related infrastructure. -
Defining and implementing applications for Automotive, Aviation, and Security sectors. -
Leading the definition, analysis, and qualification of opportunities in collaboration with operational Sales. -
Supporting customer visits to introduce AT&S products, identifying current and future needs, and driving customer engagement and development. -
Initiating and managing joint development programs. -
Working with management and operational Sales on goals, planning, and forecasting; developing business cases and maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. -
Supporting strategic market communication through technology roadshows, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and campaigns. -
Collaborating across functions and business lines for product development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
