Ihre Aufgaben:
- Durchführung und Publikation von Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich Mensch-Maschine Interaktion mit Schwerpunkt auf Lernaspekten im Design oder im Bereich Bildungstechnologien mit Schwerpunkt Interaktionsdesign.
- Verwendung von Methoden des mensch-zentrierten Technologie-Designs.
- Entwicklung innovativer Interaktionsdesigns und Umsetzung von Forschungsprototypen die moderne KI als zentrales Design-Material verwenden.
- Entwurf, Durchführung und Auswertung von Nutzerstudien im Labor oder im Feld, unter Verwendung von Mixed Methods.
- Mitwirkung im HCI- und EdTech Forschungsteam (https://www.tugraz.at/en/institute/hcc/research/research-groups/team-pammerschindler ).
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Forschern aus den Bereichen Mensch-Maschine Interaktion, Informatik, Learning Sciences, Bildungspsychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik.
- Vertretung der Forschungsgruppe auf Konferenzen.
- Aktive Mitwirkung am Erasmus+-Projekt L2BGreen (https://www.l2bgreen.com/ ).

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst AI-basierte Agents, die administrative oder forschungsnahe Prozesse automatisiert unterstützen
- Du nutzt und kombinierst Tools wie LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, n8n, Vektordatenbanken, Embedding-Modelle und mehr
- Du integrierst externe Systeme über REST-APIs und sorgst für robuste Datenflüsse mit JSON, XML und semantischer Indizierung
- Du gestaltest die zugrundeliegende Systemarchitektur, entwickelst Schnittstellen und berücksichtigst Aspekte der Sicherheit, Authentifizierung und Autorisierung (LDAP, OAuth2, SAML2)
- Du arbeitest mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Docker, Git, und entwickelst bevorzugt in Python mit modernen Frameworks
- Du begleitest den gesamten Lifecycle: von der Idee über Prototyping bis zur produktiven AI-Integration
- Du bringst dich in ein interdisziplinäres Team ein und berätst Kolleg:innen zum sinnvollen Einsatz von AI an der Universität
