- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Apache Kafka and Python.
- Design scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion and processing (BigQuery, modern data warehouse solutions).
- Collaborate with Data Analytics to integrate machine learning models.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure robust data governance (quality, security, compliance).
- Deploy and manage applications with Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine) and Docker.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Arbeit an der abzuschließenden Entwicklungsvereinbarung mit Zielsetzungen in Forschung, Lehre und Verwaltung
- Selbständige Forschungs- und Publikationstätigkeit
- Unterstützung der am Institut vorhandenen Arbeitsgruppen, z.B. durch Implementierung mathematischer Algorithmen, Forschungsdatenmanagement, Visualisierung und Datenaufbereitung ("Data Steward")
- Unterstützung in der Entwicklung von Software-Paketen und der Integration von Third-Party Software
- Universitätsinterne Vernetzung mit ähnlichen Stellen an der Uni (Data Scientist, Data Stewards)
- Selbstständige Abhaltung von Lehrveranstaltungen sowie Mitarbeit bei Lehr- und Prüfungsaufgaben des Instituts
- Mitarbeit an Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie an Evaluierungsmaßnahmen

- Specify required tools (SOW) and related tooling, perform supplier evaluations, and ensure alignment with plant requirements
- Define and select suitable process tools and tooling, including CAPEX verification, to support robust machine usage
- Enable equipment installation, qualification, process setup, and training for shift engineering, maintenance technicians, and operators
- Apply process control and documentation standards (PI, Checklists, ORPs, CPs) and ensure up-to-date process change management
- Drive supplier development, screen potential new suppliers, and implement continuous process/machine improvements to meet efficiency and cost targets
- Support new product ramp-ups, transition into high-volume manufacturing, and lead task forces or working groups for effective troubleshooting and prevention
