- Sozialpädagogische Betreuung der Teilnehmer:innen in der Metalltechnik:
- o Sie unterstützen bzw. beraten die Teilnehmer:innen beim Erstellen und Optimieren der Bewerbungsunterlagen bzw. bei Bewerbungsaktivitäten
- o Sie führen Einzelberatungen mit den Teilnehmenden durch
- o Sie sind für das Outplacement der Erwachsenen verantwortlich und akquirieren Praktikumsstellen
- Berufsausbildungsassistenz in der ÜBA:
- o Sie begleiten unsere Jugendlichen im Bewerbungsprozess und während ihrer Berufsschulzeit
