Network Architect (f/m/d)

The IT Architect oversees the global solutions and plans the architectural landscape and roadmap according to the IT strategy. In this role, you are responsible to design and align IT systems with the business's strategic goals and having a state-of-the-art knowledge concerning the area as well as for identifying risks as critical interface management or due to technologies at the end-of-life cycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, manage, monitor, and control complex projects/programs

• Select and tailor relevant and necessary project management processes, methods and tools and define appropriate degree of rigor and adopt project management best practices

• Drive decision-making based on facts by actively managing stakeholders

• Ensure application of relevant AT&S project management standards within the project/programs

• Ensure organizational change management regarding the implementation of projects'/programs' results

Your Profile

• Experience in Project Management at least at 3 years
• Professional English skills to ensure effective communication
• Knowledge in leadership and motivation of employees 
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with enthusiasm for complex tasks in an industrial management
• Solution-oriented mindset, team spirit, and willingness to lead and execute projects in a high-performance environment
