- Continue to develop the unit of 10 researchers focused on control platforms for power electronic converter systems for a wide range of sectors and applications.
- Provide vision for long-term research opportunities in power electronics.
- Establish and manage research projects with a wide range of industrial and academic partners.
- Shaping the department's research programme and project portfolio with supervisors and peers.
- Effectively delegate research issues to the right combination of SAL scientists and researchers for best team performance.
- Plan and control the research unit's budget and resources.
- Provide overall leadership for the research unit to deliver high quality research outputs, innovation and economic impact.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung von RAMS/LCC-Kund:innenanfragen und -spezifikationen
- Durchführung diverser RAMS-Analysen (Gefahrenanalyse, FMECA, Zuverlässigkeitsanalyse) sowie LCC-Prognosen
- Erstellung von Sicherheitsnachweisen, RAMS-Berichten und anderen RAMS-Dokumenten
- Koordination und Durchführung von Zulassungsverfahren
- Unterstützung von F&E, Engineering-Abteilungen sowie Tochtergesellschaften bei RAMS/LCC innerhalb der voestalpine Railway Systems Gruppe
- Kontinuierliche Entwicklung von RAMS/LCC Daten (auf Basis Performance Daten) in enger Abstimmung mit lokalen Tochtergesellschaften und deren Kund:innen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von RAMS/LCC-Software Tools
- Erstellung und Evidenzhaltung technischer Dokumente (Wartungsanleitungen, Einbauanleitungen, Technische Nachweise)

- Lead the creation and execution of global procurement strategies for sourcing of Chromium, ensuring alignment with company KPI’s, cost efficiency and quality standards
- Collection and consolidation of demands, prepare RfQ’s for all locations for global sourcing
- Draft, review and manage contracts with suppliers (m/f/d),ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards (incl. ESG and CO2 Footprint)
