Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden in Rheinland-Pfalz und im Ruhrgebiet und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf.
- Unsere Möbelkollektionen verkaufst du überzeugend, platzierst sie gezielt und stärkst so die Sichtbarkeit unserer Marke im Markt.
- Du führst Verkaufs-, Betreuungs- und Schulungseinsätze in Möbelhäusern professionell durch und motivierst das Verkaufspersonal nachhaltig.
- Markt- und Kundenpotenziale erkennst du proaktiv und entwickelst daraus Strategien zur Umsatzsteigerung.
- Auf Messen und Fachveranstaltungen repräsentierst du unser Unternehmen, vertiefst bestehende Partnerschaften und erschließt neue Geschäftschancen.
- Du erstellst zuverlässig und fundiert monatliche, quartalsweise und jährliche Umsatz- und Absatzprognosen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams stellst du sicher, dass Kundenanliegen und -projekte effizient und erfolgreich abgewickelt werden.

- Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
- Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication
- Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA)
- Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints

- Development and implementation of a robust production planning and control system ensuring alignment with corporate standards and production readiness
- Oversight of manufacturing order releases and requisitions securing cross-departmental synchronization and achievement of sales, utilization, and financial targets
- Management of the master production schedule ensuring accuracy through bottleneck identification, cross-functional alignment, and timely corrective actions

- Analyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics, and developing solution strategies to optimize equipment availability
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth equipment operation
- Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
- Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safety

- Executive Leadership – Act as the lead security executive for AT&S, driving a company-wide security culture and working closely with the executive leadership team
- Provide strategic and tactical direction with a strong focus on incident prevention, detection, and response

- Establish a global Security Operations Center (SOC) for both IT and OT Security, serving as the Process Owner for Managed Security Services

- Data extraction and transformation: Connect to data sources (SAP FI/CO, BW, Data Fabric, Excel-based repositories), extract relevant data sets, and prepare them for analysis and reporting.
- Analytics & reporting: Build standardized reports and dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to support functional and management-level decision-making.
- Automation & scripting: Streamline and automate manual reporting tasks using Python, Power Query, or other tools to reduce effort and increase reliability.
- Be the data guardian: Regularly validate data quality, spot inconsistencies, and proactively address reporting issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate across the map: Work with mainly Functional Corporate Controllers as well as BU, and Plant levels - across multiple countries — to ensure a consistent and unified view of performance.
- Drive continuous improvement: Constantly look for ways to make our data landscape faster, smarter, and more resilient. Act as the first point of contact for data governance issues and reporting improvement initiatives.
