Job Description In your new role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Support in the Project Office with main customers and Project Managers
- Project Harmonization (Project Starter Kit, References, Digitalized Task Tracking)
- Knowledge Hub for Project Managers (Organization of Know-How Transfer, Health Checks in projects)
- Project Data Support (Reference Efforts in projects, Dashboards)

Duration: min. 12 months Your Profile
Your Profile You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of
Economy, IT, Engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
- Very good communication skills
- Very good analytic and process thinking
- Excellent knowledge in English
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office Tools , preferred also in programming languages (VBA, Python,...)
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
