Warehouse Operations Europe is a new area in our division and responsible for the new warehouse footprint in Europe. We are responsible for approx. 850 employees in more than 20 different warehouse locations in 13 countries with the core processes: warehousing, sawing, milling, grinding and transportation in Europe.

Ihr Profil
- Implementation and roll-out of Lean Management standards
- Operational Excellence/Lean Management projects
- Analysis and development of material flows (according to lean principles)
- Process development and harmonization
- Documentation of standards
- Support the Operational Excellence Team in yearly assessments
Das bieten wir
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management or Logistics
- Experience in Operational Excellence/Lean Management
- Understanding of lean principles, value stream mapping and waste reduction
- Good English and German skills
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, PowerBI and Celonis
- Experience in warehouse/sawing/milling processes
- Practical approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
