Project Manager MHS Automation (f/m/d)

In your role, you will develop and implement automation solutions, lead and support projects, and ensure expertise in automation within our IC-Substrate plants. You will identify cost efficiency potentials, and are responsible for timely implementation and qualification of MHS automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions for demanding process areas within the plant, ensuring collaboration with suppliers and process areas
• Lead and support automation projects, securing expertise and ensuring successful project execution in the IC-Substrate plant in Leoben
• Build and align expertise in automation in collaboration with our plants in Malaysia and China, staying updated on market developments and coordinating with other IC-substrate plants
• Identify and define cost efficiency in automation, contributing to overall effectiveness
• Responsible for the implementation and qualification of MHS automation in the IC-Substrate plant, ensuring timely qualification

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or University) with a preferred focus on automation
• Extensive knowledge in automation technologies and project management, with a strong foundation in both areas
• Experience in project management for technical projects, demonstrating practical expertise
• Good knowledge in process analysis and process management, ensuring effective workflows
• Willingness to travel for project coordination, along with a good understanding of systems (MS Office, SAP)
• Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
