Senior Specialist Corporate Controlling (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and provide strategic and business plans (MTP) to management to ensure transparent, timely, and accurate strategy implementation by aligning with corporate goals and market conditions.
- Prepare and deliver operative plans (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly Estimates) to management to facilitate performance measurement by deploying targets and monitoring financial metrics.
- Support and oversee departmental roadmap implementation to ensure alignment with corporate strategy by managing investment decisions and tracking progress against strategic goals.
- Conduct and present detailed financial analysis to senior management to support decision-making processes by identifying key insights and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial plans with business objectives by acting as a key financial contact and facilitating cross-functional communication.
Your Profile

Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent education (Controller lnstitute / Controller Academy), with more than 5 years of experience as Controller

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.

Excellent project management and communication skills to effectively lead projects and convey information clearly.

Expert knowledge in Excel and SAP (FICO, BW, BPC), with good knowledge in IBM TM1, to manage and analyse financial data efficiently.

Strong understanding of business and technical aspects to align financial planning with organizational goals.

Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work, ensuring effective problem-solving and initiative-taking.

Ability to support, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve strategic objectives.
