Ihre Aufgaben:
- Definition und Spezifikation von E/E Prüfsystemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsanlagen Applikationen sowie externen Prüftechnik Partnern
(z. B. Prüfabläufe, Prüfumfang, EOL Integration) - Mitarbeit an Fahrzeug und Systemarchitekturkonzepten sowie Ableitung entsprechender Testanforderungen
- Festlegung von Prüfabläufen und intervallen, inklusive Abstimmung mit Anlagenplanung und IT Schnittstellen (z. B. PRODAP Anbindung)
- Spezifikation und Betreuung der Schnittstellen zu Kundensystemen (Diagnose , Prüf und Dokumentationssysteme)
- Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen, Testdurchläufen und Abnahmen mit externen Lieferanten
- Fehlerdiagnose, Analyse und Support im Produktionsbetrieb (EOL, In Line, Hochvolt Testergebnisse, DOIP /Flash Tests)
- Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfdokumentationen, Prüfplänen und Zertifikatsprozessen

- Planung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Manufacturing Execution Systemen (MES)
- Analyse bestehender Produktionsabläufe, Abbildung dieser in MES-Produktionssystemen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
