Leading Position System Engineering (m/w/x)
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary, strategic and project-related management of a team in the field of system engineering
- Manage product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear and achievable results
- Establishing and supporting structured REQ and architectural thinking in the design teams
- Manage the scope of work related to Li-ion cell integration by fostering collaboration with internal and global interfaces
- Build a global BMS platform that meets market demands in terms of cost and functionality.
- Innovation in the BMS development process with the pursuit of efficiency (process, documentation, tools, certification)
- Create and manage boundaries to obtain external certifications in FuSa and cybersecurity in a timely manner
Your profile:
- Completed technical training
- Several years of professional experience in a management position in the field of automotive development
- Knowledge of processes/tools for REQ management in the automotive industry
- Technically open-minded and ambiguous to act at the interface between all disciplines involved in battery technology
- Leading by example, integrity, transparency and accountability
- Innovation and cost-driven mindset
- Seeing the future with strategic thinking
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
Remuneration:
The minimum salary is € 98,000,-- gross/year. depending on the specific professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
