- Specify required tools (SOW) and related tooling, perform supplier evaluations, and ensure alignment with plant requirements
- Define and select suitable process tools and tooling, including CAPEX verification, to support robust machine usage
- Enable equipment installation, qualification, process setup, and training for shift engineering, maintenance technicians, and operators
- Apply process control and documentation standards (PI, Checklists, ORPs, CPs) and ensure up-to-date process change management
- Drive supplier development, screen potential new suppliers, and implement continuous process/machine improvements to meet efficiency and cost targets
- Support new product ramp-ups, transition into high-volume manufacturing, and lead task forces or working groups for effective troubleshooting and prevention

Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead the creation and execution of global procurement strategies for sourcing of Chromium, ensuring alignment with company KPI’s, cost efficiency and quality standards
- Collection and consolidation of demands, prepare RfQ’s for all locations for global sourcing
- Draft, review and manage contracts with suppliers (m/f/d),ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards (incl. ESG and CO2 Footprint)
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the procurement strategies and supplier performance (m/f/d)
- Identify potential improvements and steering of corresponding actions incl. new logistic concepts (e.g. consignment stocks)
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or reliability of supply
- Supplier Relationship Management (develop global supplier (m/f/d), negotiate agreements and contracts)
- Market Analysis (Screening, alternative raw material sources, market changes)
- Risk Management (e.g. supplier risks (m/f/d), sustainable supply chain, due diligence checks)

- Analyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics, and developing solution strategies to optimize equipment availability
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth equipment operation
- Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
- Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safety

- Planning, coordinating and conducting maintenance activities for production machinery and technical equipment in the field of Metrology
- Analyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics and developing solution strategies to optimize Metrology equipment availability
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operation of Metrology equipment
- Creating and maintaining documentation, certification & compliance of procedures in the functional area according to quality standards, customer requirements & legal regulations.
- Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Procurement, to optimize maintenance processes and to minimize production downtime
- Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
- Providing training to Maintenance Technicians (shift team) for a robust shift coverage

- Time management ensuring accurate time studies based on MTM and REFA methodologies, including supervision and VC logic setting to maintain correct time calculations in SAP for cost accuracy
- Variance monitoring reviewing time variances, confirming SAP settings align with actual time, and ensuring planned costs meet KPIs and DPIs on a monthly and annual basis
- Capacity assessment calculating variability impacts, assessing capacity bottlenecks, and updating master data to reflect process improvements and capacity optimization
- Efficiency improvement defining plant RR (Run Rate) for processes, initiating cost-saving opportunities, and implementing actions to improve overall efficiency
- Process standardization coordinating, setting up, and standardizing IE&E processes across our IC Substrate production plant in alignment with AT&S standards to ensure smooth operations
- Training support developing colleagues through training concepts, ensuring effective onboarding, and further progressing the organization’s capabilities

Coordinate and prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly estimates for dedicated business areas/departments -
Proactively monitor, analyze key data related to performance measurement for dedicated business areas/departments and conduct cross functional reviews -
Develop, coordinate and prepare dedicated business area cost plans, cost allocations, and reports including variance analysis, cost control reporting and improvement plans -
Collaborate and contribute in cross-departmental projects, regular and ad-hoc reporting -
Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes
